The squats are the thing if you want to make things into a better shape and be fit! It isn’t like they are called the ultimate rear sculptor for no reason! So all you have to do is to lower yourself down and then pretend as if you are sitting on a chair! Push yourself back upwards but don’t lock your knees! If you want some extra burn, you can always hold an exercise ball.
